Ce livre présentera de manière globale les principaux résultats et conclusions tirés des faits et chiffres rassemblés par les différents workpackages, à travers l’analyse de la littérature, les entretiens et les outils développés dans le cadre du projet. Ce matériel a été enrichi par les contributions des experts externes que nous avons invités aux deux conférences de consensus et par les commentaires des différentes parties prenantes. Les chapitres sont basés sur la même présentation et sont divisés en deux parties : un rapport et des recommandations adressées à la Commission ou aux parties prenantes.

This book will present globally the main results and findings from the facts and figures collected by the different workpackages through the analysis of the literature, through the interviews and from the tools developed in the project. This material was enriched by the inputs from the external experts we have invited in the two conferences of consensus and from the comments of the various stakeholders. The chapters are based on the same presentation and are divided in two parts: a report and some recommendations either to the Commission or to stakeholders.
